Is there any way that when a user prints a report it will automatically use his default NT printer instead of the default printer of the reports creator.

Or can I change the print button on the menu to load the ctrl+p pop up box?

with report in design view, click file menu, then page setup,
page tab,
click default printer
(checkmark appears in default printer checkbox)
OK
save report
Now the report will print at the user's default printer. The only problem with this is any special margins or page orientation you have specified will default to the user's printer defaults, and the user may have to run page setup to correct this. They should only have to do this once.
