Looks like below link could solve my problem, but I dont know how to open "Code-Behind-reports module and what other steps apart from pasting the code and replacing the name of the groupheader0

Please walk me through adding this code to my report and any other steps needed to show the page number 1 of 2... like adding page numbers from the insert menu if appropriate and refering to the code, where? and so on

Rich, I know its really cheeky (I have reveiwed your conversation with Happy..) but would it be possible for you to e mail me with your telephone number so that I could call you (should only take 5 minutes) for you to walk me through cutting and pasting the module and adding the other elements needed as the link with the code attached assumes a little more knowledge than I have.
