Our training office database has a table containing each client's Basic Info including their ID# (made of SSN + a suffix of 01, 02, ... depending on how many times they've been enrolled.)
The corresponding data entry screens reach the limit you can have in a form.
A separate table exists for Work History, Family Members, Training Activities, et cetera. And I have a subform for each of these linked to a very, very abbreviated version of Basic Info screen. -- The secretary does a 'Find' for that ID, and then gets to add as many employers or trng activities, etc. as she wants, for that client.
NOW THE QUESTION:
Can the secretary bring up a linked subform without having to 'Find' the ID by re-typing it?
If I can unconfuse my question, please let me know.
