I saw someone else with a question like mine, but not enough info. I want only the record that I have just put into a form to be put into my report. I thought like he did that it was always the "last" record put in but I guess because of the sorting it doesn't come out that way. There must be a way to use only the current record and not have to filter or query as the current record needs to be emailed immediately and could be discarded after that.
