I recently re-installed ODE tools onto a new laptop. When I try to insert a treeview control I receive the License error. I didn't have this error on my old machine. What have I forgotten to do?

I don't remember the solution but it's been posted here. If you can't find it, look in the knowledge base. The word license is probably enough of a search criteria. I know it's there because that is where I found it.
