Can I do something to see who runs reports and when?

Yes, there is a good reason for this. (Are mgrs running edit check/mngt-related reports as they should?)

I am not sure I understand where your problem lies. You probably can use the command button(s) from which users launch the reports to catch the current ime and date, and the user login (DB login or NT login)?
Am I missing something?

Sometimes one overlooks the obvious and I overlooked tyiong into the command buttons.
