Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, and if so you can just point me to that.

I have an Acess DB that works fine, and I run off reports daily and weekly for different people.

However, I would to e-mail the individuals the reports instead of printing it out and passing it to them.

What is the easiest / best way to do this ?

I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

I may be missing something, but I can't find the answer to my query.

Just to give you a bit more info - I run say 15-20 reports, however, the reports are run via forms which act as a criteria boxes

e.g.

Date From : [text box to enter date]
Date To : [text box to enter date]
Name : [combo box containing names of people]

So i'd enter my dates and select the name of who I wan't to run the report for, then I'd print the report out and hand it to the person's manager.

Obviously I'd rather just e-mial it to the manger if possible.
