I have created a report which displays check boxes and the values perfectly well in Access but when I try to publish it to MS Word everything is there except the check boxes. I have looked at the properties but cannot see anything specific.

Any help will be appreciated.

Nope, won't put 'em there. I know, frustrating. Do you need to edit the report? If not, a nice mobile way of viewing an Access report outside of Access is the Snapshot Viewer.
