Authorization (Manager, Employee)

I have created a main Toolbar which navigates through the forms in the DB.
I would like that after the user has logged in (his information is saved in TblCurrentUser), some of the main toolbar menu controls will be invisible.

For Example: Main Toolbar: Employee Information | Employee Paycheck

If the user is an employee, paycheck menu control will be invisible. If the user is manager, Employee Paycheck control will be visible.

If anyone has an idea, please tell me.

Was going to type some help but its easier to make an attachment.

To make this work in your projects you will need to reference microsoft office 9.0 project library
