I made a table which I linked to a .txt file. Because there is a risk someone deletes the .txt file, I think it's better I import it. Is it possible to change the current table to an imported table. Or can I make a new table without having to change my queries?

Just delete the linked table and import it.

Keep the table name the same as the linked one was so your queries will still work.
