I keep getting an error message: "Cannot define field more than once."

I've check the field names and they all are unique. What am I doing wrong? :mad:

I click on the table and go to the menu bar; click on file then export; select the "save as type" and choose dbase IV (*.dbf).

Have you used a field name that Access or DBIV considers a reserved word? Examples are Date, Time, Name, Index, etc.
