I am fairly new to MS Access but can get myself around it. What i am trying to do is email a report. But i want the report to be in a particular style that i have set, and also in the body of the email. could anyone help me please?

Have you investigated File/Send/Snapshot format, which sends your report in the same format as it's in in Access. The recipient will need the (Free) snapshot viewer to read it.

unfortunately this is inside a corporate network and they wont allow a mass download of that type. which is a real pain in the backside

It's a part of XP by default:confused:
