I've been asked to create a timeline/gannt chart stylie report to show holidays and absences on a month by month basis.

So dates across the top - employees down the side, and a block relating to the appropriate time taken off as detail.

Eg

Fred Bloggs
01/01/03 - 02/01/03 (Sick)
15/04/03 - 22/04/03 (Holiday)
19/08/03 - 21/08/03 (Sick)

I'm sure you get the idea.
