I require a database to manage

Pre Planned Maintenance
It comprises of a 52 week planner for every item in a building and in controls when the item is to be maintained.

I have the ability to create the database but I am sure that there are already many in existance.

I have been looking about for sites where i could find one but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Well, Thats a good question.

I was not really looking to pay. I was looking to find a DB that I could modify for my own use.

However,

If there was a good DB already created, And i could see what it done and could get my hands on it quite quick then I would probably pay for it.

Do you know of a DB then?
