I cannot figure out how to use an update query to change my dates from 2003 to 2004. All dates are in the 99/99/9999 format.
There are about 600 records with different months and days. I just want to change the year.

Use the DateAdd() function to add 1 year to your dates. This has the added advantage of handling Feb 29 should you need to do this again next year.
