I keep track of records with Microsoft Access 97 and am wondering if anyone can help me with something. I am trying to develop a macro or something that will insert a certain line of text whenever I hit a combination of keys (for example: ctrl + s). I have certain phrases I am constantly entering into the database and it would be handy to have them catagorized by hotkeys rather than finding a record with the phrase, cutting, and pasting it into a new record. Can anyone help me?
