Hi All, bit of a strange question i am writing a report regarding the usage of thr Reports Function in Access for Uni. I have to list the constraints of Access Reports but i dont know what the constraints of the system are.


One constraint is that Access Reports can only make use of data from within Access.

Are there any other constraints of the Reports Function?

What about tables linked to non-Access databases? These aren't within Access but you can display their records on report.

Another constraint is the fact that any time you choose to export a report to word for example, the graphics are not carried over to word only the text. The only way around this is to use Snapshot format or export to a pdf but it is not everyone who has this.
