Question:
Can you Synchronize Access with Outlook or Outlook to Access?
Problem:
I have tried linking a contact list from Outlook but cannot modify the fields, like to delete fields i dont need ......
Has anyone get any solution for this pls.

By synchronize, do you mean consolidating information and selecting the proper one if the two conflict? Or do you just mean getting data from one app to the other?

Sorry I should have been more clearer I want to know if you can Synchronize Access with Outlook or Outlook with Access?
The problem is that I have been asked to use the contacts from Outlook to develop an Access database, but everytime I link the table from the contacts in Outlook I am unable to amend the table.
As I cannot use any of the fields in the contact table to link into another table.
Can anyone advise pls

At the moment Outlook is in charge of the table structure.
Have you tried exporting from Outlook as CSV (comma seperated values) and Importing that into Access...?
You can then modify the table if required. (And export back to Outlook via CSV)
