When I create a new table, the menu command INSERT-NEW RECORD is inactivated (greyed) and so are the "AddNewRecord" buttons in any forms I create over this table. I can still add records to older tables.
I thought it was due to missing Primary Keys in these tables but after adding those it is still the same problem.

Perhaps attach a db after Repair/Compact & ZIP

oups - sorry I was being stupid. I didn't realise you have to fill the first line in a table with some data before you can add a second line. All resolved.
