I have a form that lets users select criteria of the employees they want displayed on a report. In the Report I just need to display the employees name street address phone ect. However one of the areas in which the user can search on the form is a field that each employee has many of. For example employee 106 is a tuber, houser,trainer, tester, and trucker. So in the report it displays employee # 106 information 5 times. Is there any way to just get it to show once?
