Hi,

This may be a stupid question but I am trying to create a simple pricelist report in access.
I have a table containing Part No and Price fields and can create a simple continuous report with no poblems. However is there a way that I can maximise space and have the report print Part No and Price columns 2 or 3 times across each page displaying the part numbers in order? I tried simply inserting the part number fields into the report more than once but this simply duplicates the same information accross the page.
Any Ideas?

In design view goto File >> Page Setup, select the columns tag and enter the number of columns you need, then change the column width to fit the page for however many columns you have, now select "Down Then Accross".
