Can anybody tell how to create a Text to Display and when the user clicks on the link it is a hyperlink.

For instance, I'm guessing that in the table I could create a field called TextToDisplay, text field as well as Hyperlink field as a hyperlink.

On the form, instead of the user seeing the whole of the hyperlink, is there a way of them just seeing the text to display which is linked to the hyperlink?

Think you nearly have it TextToDisplay, I think that if you right click the Hyperlink in the table you will find a property Display As or similar. This will do what I think you are looking for.
