Hi guys im pretty new to this site so please dont gun me down for posting in the wrong place if i have!!

Anyways basically im having huge problems printing out tables from access, i work in a school and when the kids are printing tables out they dont print as they show they will in the print preview..........

instead the font is absoultely huge and some columns are missed off as well as the field titles not being printed!! If anyone knows of any ways to stop this from happening please please help!

Tables are not designed to be printed, create a Report instead

mmm yeah i know that but the teachers here are convinced that they are usually able to print out tables without having to create a report. Thanks anyways

lol that cheered me up me educating a teacher (most of them here think they know it all!!) :o

Why don't you do a screen print (for the table structure) or create a querry and preview it, then print the table -all the records
