spec 1 is not a record. when u are adding a new checklist, the format should be like that. But i duNNo how to create table based on this.

-no update
-remarks

but for spec 1 do i need to create another table?

This doesn't say much, you will need to say what kind of table you are trying to create and what kind of fields you want in it.... your request is a little to vague to help you out with.
