Hi.
I manage several databases where the front end resides on local machines and the back end resides on servers.
When running reports, I always copy the back end from the server to my local machine, where I use the Linked Table Manager to choose the back end that was downloaded.
No problem until now.
When I try to do that with any back endm, I get an error message that:
You do not have access to the folder 'C:\Documents and Settings\Russ\My Documnts\*.mdb' See your adminstrator for access to this folder.
1st, I am the administrator. Secondly, the front and back ends are in other folders, but I have alway been able to click on them and have it take. - Now when I click on them after this message, the screen kicks out without changing to the proper back end.
