My users are needing to email their report....I had them do "File -> Send ->" choose "HTML". On my system it sends it as a link, that can not be modified, however on their system when they choose HTML it pastes it in the email like text. Is there a setting somewhere that they can send it as a link so the report will not be modifiable?

We are using Access 97
