Hi

I need to produce a report in Access to match the example in Access. I have a table that has purchase order information linked to a table that has equipment information.

I have never done anything like this before. I have a feeling that I will need to somehow combine a load of queries as I think each column in the spreadsheet will be a query in a report.

Please help..........

Do you have a database set up yet with tables etc?
If so, maybe you could post a cut down version so we can see what datayou have, how the tables are set up and then hopefully help you create a query and report.

Please help somebody, I don't want anybody to do the report for me, just to advise the best way to do it. I have only used select queries before. Should I be using different queries for what I want?
