When I print individual lables I would like to be able to position them on the lable sheet so I don't have to waste lable sheets. Is there a way I can choose the position of the lables I want to print??? Thanks In Advance, Tim

You can expand or shrink columns until they fit conveniently. However, these settings are not remembered. If you want control over formatting something for printing, it is best to make a report.

Hi Pat, I do have this in a report based off a query that only prints lables with a check mark on the form the info is drawn from. Thanks, Tim

Create a query that selects the rows you want to print and save it. Use that query as the RecordSource for your report.
