I'm just after getting my web site designed and I want upsize my present database which is MS Access to a MSSQL server can anyone help? I'm totally new to databases so I need step by step help!

Use the upsizing wizard. It will walk you through the process. I choose the option to link the tables to my current database. I NEVER use the .adp option because although .adp's are similar to .mdb's they are different enough to require you to do a lot of rework if you want to use them. Also, you can't convert back.
