Dear all,

I have created a database of Candidates and assessors. Each assessor sees a candidate on a specific day each week for 1 year. The candidate has 1 lot of training (say 10 hrs) per month and 3 lots of assessment per month and 1 lot of verification (1 hr) per month. Is there a way to enter these details automatically into the database... I am a complete novice at databases and have no idea whether this would be a module or macro.... can any of you please advise me?

I have read some books but can't seem to get what I am looking for.
