This forum always has good ideas for me and thats why i posted this :D
I love my day Job, but it has been in my mind for quite some years to own a company and lead a great and bright team of individuals. Many of you on this forum have already passed this level and you are always inspiring me up.
I have a back up of around 10 bright individuals who have even convised me to sell other name to the company('KEA'). I have given into it.
Now i am trying to liase with the owner of www.kea.com domain to grant me the chance to own and host the domain.
I will still keep my day job, so that i may be able to pay my team.This will be a challenge since my job makes me move from country to country.
The Comapny will be doing Software/Database Development, Land Surveying & Mapping.
I wonder what challenges i should expect on my way :rolleyes:

Do they speak Dutch in Uganda ?
Kea is listing all topics in Dutch, how can.

Nah rak, we speak English. If that was on the domain, as i quoted before, we are still trying to secure the domain.
