i installed new Win98 at my PC but after it done,i restart then my cd-rom gone..windows no longer detect my cd-rom...
but BIOS detected cd-rom..only when in windows it gone..:mad:

help me how to solve it..

You'll need to install the drivers for the CD-ROM, go to the manufacturer website and download them - despite Win95 and Win98 being "Plug and Play" it was more like "Plug and Pray" !:D

no need driver..windows have basic / default driver called as ATAPI cd rom...

ok..i reinstalled windows, then it back to normal...
