What the heck is this 'YOUR CONTENT HERE' thing?

I hope that we are not going the way of Utteraccess where the forum is compressed down the centre of the page with a minute font size making it difficult for guys like me.

A spot for future advertisements? As someone who is on the computer most of the day (my eyes are often stinging in the evening), I too hope this site doesn't shrink down to a fixed tiny type.

Tim

So someone from the forum would do Access related stuff here? Maybe like a weekly tip or maybe a top ten thread list or top ten tip list? As long as it's Access related, I'm for it...

My bet would be some type of ads. What ever they are planning it is taking up way too much real estate on my screen! On some sections of the forum this "YOUR CONTENT HERE" thing is much wider than other sections. And I have to scroll all the way to the right just to read the entire postings.

This new "feature" is very annoying and distracting!

I was wondering what the deal was with that myself.

I believe Jon is wanting to redesign the forum to give it an individual personality of its own rather than looking like the default vBulletin forum. I admit, as a blank space, it's rather annoying at the moment.

I dont' like sidebars. If they have a navigation menu of some kind, it should be on top.
