In Access, you can create and or obtain a table relationship diagram. Is there something similar in Oracle? And if there is, how do you create relationships? Or better yet, how do you produce a relationship diagram?

Have you tried asking on an Oracle forum? You might get more response. I link to a Oracle DB here at work, but I know less than nothing about it. I once did manage to get a diagram of the ledger, which just has tables and relationships; but whether its actually from Oracle or from the planning development stages and another app. I don't know. Our Oracle experts' favourite answer is "It can't be done" so I never bother to ask them anything.
