Not sure it would work might do, but you could prob use a query to pull out every field you needed, so you would have an entry form, and then make another form and base it on query , it will update whenever ya want it to plus you could add [] to bring back certain records just a thought. David...

I would have said if there's meant to be anything in your table then something is wrong with your relationships, and your links need re-doing, otherwise i agree jkl0 should be blank if its for adding new records only? why ya need a query for that tho? David

Totally agree with CEH, i used to run the reports at old job and then very easy to send from there, file sendto, as attachment, Snapshot Format, Good Luck!!

Just thought another quick question, i am aware that in Excel it is possible to hide actions of the macro was wondering if the same could be done in access? just so my now fully automatic form re-sizes in privacy and not for the user to see? Thanks Again David

Don't know if it helps but regarding the pictures, in the table design do field as picture or whatever you want, then Data Type as OLE Object this then allows you to do a right click and then insert your picture as BMP image or just do a paste, discovered that yesterday as had same problem...

No, not different screen resolutions, but there was coding to move and size the form so u can work in design view full screen, then when you press Form view it fixes the size, i remember doing this at college, but can't remember the command to do it. Thanks

Hi People, Whilst at college was positive there was some coding, to automatically re-size the form when opening?? can anyone help with this, have spoken to a few people and they say to change in design view but i am finding this annoying. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
