I see the trick. You only get from and Data Access page if you select Save As from the top menu when the form is open. You have to select, but not open the form and then click Save As to be able to export it as a report. Thanks, Kelly

The option to Save As a report is not available. I can only Save As a form or a Data Acess Page. Any more ideas? Thanks, Kelly

Rich, I'm sorry I don't understand your response. Could you clarify? How do I open "that statement as a query" and what do you mean by "look at the joins?" But more importantly, how does this help me enter data in a form? Thanks, Kelly
