I've never really had the need to test the limit on the email. It is just used to send a few lines. How much are you trying to put into the email body ?

You'll have to test this but try vbCrLf in the subject code. ie .Body = "Text In Here" & vbCrLf & "Next Line of Text In Here" & vbCrLf & "Third Line In Here etc"

I can't see why it would make a difference. Have you tried creating a new shortcut to the .mdb and then edit the target etc?

Not too sure how you are trying to set this up but if the DB is going to sit on pc on your network then first thing I would do is put the .mdb and .mdw in a folder on the C:\ drive of the PC lets say in a folder called DBFolder. Then allow sharing on the folder. All of the PC's on your network...

Open the database exclusively. Open Access, then choose File>Open and select your db. On the Open button select Open Exclusive from the list.

In the VB Window Check you have references set to the Outlook 9.0 (Access 2K) Library or Outlook 10 (Access XP) Library. If it shows up as missing then deselect the library and then reselect it.

Firstly, In the VB Window check you have the same library references selected. If it still will not work try = Format(Now, "dd/mm/yyyy")
