Data in form not in table

Hi All,

I have never experienced this before, i have a form and on there is a field called "address" the field type is memo, now all data is displayed on the form but if i view the table only one line is displayed.

For example
On my form is says

123 Test Street
Test Town
L11 CKY

My table has
123 Test Street

So the table isnt displaying everything. Any ideas?

1. Do not double post. After 200+ posts you should know that it's a nono here.

2. What is displayed is not the same as what is contained. The display is limited by the column width and line height of the table, each of which you can change.

3. Here is a free "DUH" you can use

And be aware that Memo Fields should never be used when there is any possibility of the data ever having to be searched, sorted, parsed or in any way manipulated. And Fields used for addresses invariably require one or more of these operations.

You really should have separate Fields for Street Address, City/Town, State(or region, province, etc) and Zip/Mail Code.
