My form will not popluate all the table

I have a one to many table relationship with one table being set as just a management table. There are 16 tables all have a ID Crd No and Taskera fields. The primary key is not set to auto and is the "ID Crd No" field. I am using a form to update the records. In the form the ID Crd No and Taskera field only appear one time at the stop of form.

The problem: every time I add a record the ID Crd No and Taskera fields are not populated.

I figured out what was causing the error.


The problem:
The form I was using for the Data entry page would only see the records that have entries in all the tables.


My solution:
Was to ensure all new records had entries in all the tables. To do this I made four fields in each table mandatory.
