My Testing Scenario:
1. Create a table with a field having only two records.
record1:Adam
record2:Eve
I just need a reporting showing:

Adam Eve

not

Adam
Eve

How to do this?

Have a look at the report wizard. I seem to recall it has a feature for creating the type of report you want however I may well be confusing it with something else! Not on my PC at the moment so cannot check.

I entirely forgot. Columns are shown only in Print Preview Mode! I was looking on General Report View :(

Uncle T, prabha was looking to create a multi-column report in Report View. Report View doesn't support multi columns. It can only be done in Print Preview.
