Query question

Hi All,
I'm generating a query and I would like to base one column of the query on a calculation on the data in another column in the same query.

Is this possible? Does anyone know how to do this?

In query design view create a new field. As an example we'll use extended price.
Your customer orders 12 of your product. They cost $14.00 each.

You would enter the following in a blank field in your query.

ExtPrice:=Sum([qty]*[price])

qty being the number ordered
price being the cost per unit

It should return 168.00
