second page not required
Hi
Hope someone can help on this. I have created areport that is spread over two pages. which works really well. This report is for tracking damge to our fleet vehicles. on the report a have a basic check list of all items in vehicles this is on page one. now on Page two I have an image and four text fields that i only want to print if damage to a vehicle has occured. I can hide the objects by testing for damge yes/no and then hide all items that are associated with the damage. However the second page is printed out as it knows the invisible objects are there. Is there away only to print page one of the report and not both. thanks for any help paul |

Make sure the controls have Can Shrink set to yes and also the Details section.
