number of copies in report with condition
Hi,
I'm new with MS Access so please help me with my problem. I have this query (Query1) that return these records: region branch teritory mr_name doctor_code doctor_name spec class 1 JK1 A01 Mr. A 80001 John1 GP A 1 JK1 A01 Mr. A 80002 John2 GP A 1 JK1 A01 Mr. A 80003 John3 NEU B 1 JK1 A01 Mr. A 80004 John4 GP A 1 JK1 A01 Mr. A 80005 John5 GP B 1 JK1 A02 Mr. B 80006 John6 GP A 1 JK1 A02 Mr. B 80007 John7 GP A 1 JK1 A02 Mr. B 80008 John8 GP B 1 JK1 A02 Mr. B 80009 John9 GP B 1 JK1 A02 Mr. B 80010 John10 GP B 2 JK2 B01 Mr. C 80011 John11 GP A 2 JK2 B01 Mr. C 80012 John12 GP B 2 JK2 B01 Mr. C 80013 John13 GP B 2 JK2 B01 Mr. C 80014 John14 GP B and so on..... Right now i make a report with this structure: branch header teritory header class header detail class footer (force new page after section) one record will be printed in one page. Class A will be printed 4 times (4 copies)and class B 2 times (2 copies) The question is, can i printed these report by teritory with a single printing job? As you can see, one teritory have 2 class (A and B) so if i used number of copies option i.e 4 copies class B will be printed 4 times too. What my bos want is 1 teritory will be printed continously, after 1 teritory finished then next teritory. Can somebody help me? Bye |
