getting pictures in the labels (1 Viewer)

I have made ID badges for my employees in the label wizard. Each ID is specific to each employee. Next, I want to add each employees picture to their specific ID badge. I have set up a table for this with hyperlinks, but I can not figure out how to add the pictures to the ID badges.
