Time Range selector wizard using scroll bars
This little wizard lets the user use a scroll bar to select a range of time during a single day. A few little nifty features. Not bound to table for purposes of demo.

Is used the MS Forms 2.0 Scrollbar Control. Selected as an ActiveX
You need to register MSComCtl2.ocx in tools and references.
