Webcam Access question (1 Viewer)

I am developing a db that will include a photo of a customer. I will be taking that photo with a webcam mounted on my cpu. I want to know if I can link the webcam stream to the database, then save the photo automatically after it's taken. I know I can take the picture, save the pic, then add the picture as an object, but I would like to try and do this is all one step. thanks in advance.

Your webcam is going to melt if its mounted on your CPU! ;-)
