Test If Database Is Already Open (1 Viewer)

I would like to Open a Database. I can do this with the Shell command. However, if the database is already open, I don't want to open another instance, I would like to move to the database.

Reference. Access = Access 2003. Database is an Access Database

Questions

1) How can I test if a database, e.g. OtherDatabase.mdb is already Open.

2) How can I "Set Focus" on OtherDatabase.mdb if it is already open.
