ToolBox Wizards not working

I have microsoft access 2003

Everytime i select tool box and chose example combo box or option group
none of the wizards are working just place it on the form

I uninstalled and reinstalled it but still the wizards in the tool box dosnt work

Last thing i was working on was a switchboard but deleted table and form.


Please help.

I have been using the same MS Access database for years and now suddenly I can not use wizards and there are no Add-ins. I have uninstalled and re-installed. No good

Access 2010 Windows 7

I tried to click the links above but they are not working. Could you repost?
 
It's possible that you've accidentally turned off the Control Wizards. From the Design Tab, on the ribbon, go to the Controls section and look for an icon labeled (at least in 2007) 'Use Control Wizards' and click on it and see if that fixes it.
