Thanks for your help!

but its not exactly what i am looking for! lol

I have read my 1st post and it noesent exacly state what i want, so here goes again!

i am wanting to build a form where you select the date from an intergrated calendar, and an option from a drop down list,(In this case person) then to search the database and display the result in a subform or another form.

Thanks again.

I think that you can arrange a search function. :)

Calendar

I have attached a sample DB (access 2002-2003). It opens to a form, hit Sales Analysis button, from the combo select criteria you wish to return data on then date range from the calendars.

I did the DB a while ago. You should be able to modify to suit your requirements.

Phil.

Thank you very much for this attachment. This helps me out quite a bit. I have been looking for something like. It is not exactly what I need, but I should be able to make the necessary modifications.
