Is there a way to reformat so that the line that is the next line to be entered is at the top instead of the bottom >> I hope that is clear

Also when i use the scroll bar at the bottom at the very end to the right it show grey in the background is there a way to limit it so only what is used is showing

The display order is dependent upon the table/query indexing. Set the recordesource order to what is appropriate.

I don't understand your second question.

I dont understand the first question.

The "Grey" area is the database window. There are ways of hiding this, but should only be undertaken if you are experienced in using VBA

Have a look at the sample, is this what you want to do?

If you want to use datasheet view, good luck. I found datasheet view too hard to line up, the columns do not stay the same for both forms.

If this is not what you wanted, the exercise was a bit on fun anyway.
